Experienced Teen Web Designer Looking For Work
Hi,
My name is Tom Kaplan, and I am a 14 year old from Connecticut. I founded Arctic Web Design at age 10, and was the youngest licensed business owner in Connecticut.
I am looking for web design, graphic design, or any other odd job you might have for me...you can view my portfolio and web site at www.arcticwebdesign.com
I have designed over 15 sites for small businesses, organizations, major corporations, and universities throughout the United States.
Please contact me through email or PM if you are interested in my services. I can offer you services at a steep discount or even for free, depending on the project, as I'm at a bit of a slow time right now as I wait for some new projects.
Thank you for your time!
Tom

Nice.
I started design when I was 13.
I'm now 17 and run www.urbantwelve.com
It's nice to see someone else going into a very competitive industry at such a young age and obtaining a large client base.
Keep up the good work.
If the client-load gets too heavy, i'm always here to help
Regards,
Chris

I started designing websites when I was 11 years old, although I wasn't a registered business 'boy', I was still making some decent money doing freelance webdesign. Now I run www.designerspad.net and www.despad.com (with a staff of people) and we do quite well.
It seems technology is being invaded by teenagers.

LoL, I don't think these were the responses he was looking for.
Still, nice to see many of you teenagers engaging in web design. Best of luck to you all.

There is absolutely no need to hijack Tom Kaplan's thread and "show off" when you started web design.
