Looking for new hosting. Please recommend.
I have been using soloymi.com for last 3-4 years. It's all been perfect but now my website is down quite a lot and support is acting like they don't a crap so... My requirements are this:
Over 1,5GB of space
over 30GB of bandwidth
few domains
few e-mails
of course php,mysql,perl etc.
Cpanel hosting
Excellent uptime.
I don't I'm asking to much. Please recommend me something. I am willing to pay maybe 10-15$/month.

There are some perfect Hosts out there. I would recommend searching in the WHT Section and seeing what they have to offer and picking a few and testing them out  - Ticket and Support Wise ...
I could recommend MDD but that is about it

You said "few domains" so I assume you may be looking for a reseller account. Just keep in mind the difference between spending $15/month and $20/month can often make a big difference. Most recently, I have been a fan of hostgator and downtownhost, but I'm sure there are many other good ones.

Don't use ValueWeb, iPower, or UltraWebsiteHosting. I've used them all and been disappointed.

Do you have a specific location in mind, or possibly any other requirements which may help narrow down your search? You have a solid budget and very fair requirements, you should have no problem at all finding a reliable host.

Well, location in not totally relevant. I don't mind if server is in US even do I live in Europe. As long it is fast

There's plenty of webhost that will meet your requirements such as HostGator, Reseller Zoom, etc.

To avoid the same kind of issues, I suggest you to search for a host with a proved good track. This wont ensure you anything, however, you lower the chances of get problems.

I beleive that HostGator is overselling. I mean you get 350GB for $5... Come on! Any reviews on Elief.com ?

What you need would be a premium host which allows multi add-on domains.
I believe most host provides add-ons domains but not all are premium.
With your requirements and budget, you should be fine. Be sure to search for some reviews here as well as google them.
