So, I want to purchase a north american based shell for IRC just to run irssi inside a screen, NO IRCD's / bnc's anything like that.

Merely irssi inside a screen. Not alot of bandwidth no web access needed etc. Looking to pay a few bucks a month.. Only ones I can find with google are either free (Do not want to trust a free service. Feel better paying for it.) Or 10+ euro's a month (not in north america)

So I ask you, dear wht - for a little assistance.
