    Hey everyone, I was just interested in seeing what are the programs that webdesigners use to create their websites.

    Here is my list:

    Fireworks MX
    Flash MX
    Dreamweaver MX
    Photoshop
    Paintshop Pro

    I use:

    DreamWeaver
    NotePad
    PhotoShop 6
    Paint Shop Pro 7
    Illustrator 8
    Swish 1.5 and Swish 2
    Flash 4/5
    Swift 3D
    Fireworks (Not that much tho)

    and i might use some others a little just if i'm stuck..

    Once you know a few really well you dont need to know all them

    1. HTML-Kit (hand code all the way, none of this dreamweaver/golive/frontpage crap
    2. Photoshop 6

    I also have Flash 5 but I rarely use it.

    For me it's frontpage 2000 and psp and photoimpact.
    I would use photoshop and dream thing but i rather go for the best and save money.
    I use Swish also but since it's with internet.com i try to keep away from it.
    I use Ulead cool 3D and ulead animator but mostly i use these two for a bit of mucking about since there a bit rubbish.

    Oh yeah, how could I forget dear old Putty. If I've got to do any sort of diagram etc. then I'll use SmartDraw - bargain buy compared to Visio.

    UltraEdit (for php mostly -- or hand coding when I have the time to sit and type out everything... )

    I downloaded a Dreamweaver demo but the clock is ticking and I haven't had much time to fool around with it... it also didn't feel very natural to use. I'm sure I'm missing something.
