Strange. I will get that checked in to. In the mean time you can go to www.hivelocity.net and see the site is working fine. Not sure why .com would be having any problem.

I have paid to this package:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 2.33 Ghz 4MB L2 Cache **double ram deal applies**
on 2008-06-09 by using my paypal 4 years verified personal account.
Then their billing department ask me sign a 'Paypal auth form', and send them a copy of my ID. I print and sign that 'Paypal auth form', take photo by my digital camera, with both my Passport and Driving License as my ID. And send to the email address billing@elocity.net they give me from ticket system:

Please email them all to me at billing@elocity.net and also make sure the auth form is completed and sent as well. Here is that form if you didnt get it before

I think those billing department guys may not ask ID and sign Paypal auth form from every customer. Otherwise they may have their email correct first of all.

Well, Hivelocity maybe really good, but they took me too long to work with them. I also rent dedicated server from EZZI.NET, Krypt and Wholesale Internet, none of them require me those things.

This was an obvious typo. The address to send us your authorization form is billing@hivelocity.net. The information we request is easy to provide and most servers are online within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

Most server online in 24 hours but not all the server. I place order on 2008-6-9 10:00 am, and email docs 2008-6-10 11:00 am, because i dont received any paypal auth form on 2008-6-9 all day long. So i have to got that form by submit ticket. Right now 2008-6-11 10:25 server still not online. It block on step 7: Control Panel installation. I dont order any control panel at all. And I did not received any server online notification.
