I am planning on purchasing a new business phone within the next two weeks but I am not sure which one to get. I am leaning towards getting one with Windows so that I can use Kayako Mobile on it to answer support tickets. I'd also like to stick with verizon (so I am not interested in the new iPhone). I am thinking about maybe the Treo 700, but I haven't really looked at others yet.
Any suggestions as to which phone you think is "the best" for business?

I love my Motorola Q, I know alot of people with the Blackberry 8830 they are pretty good to.

Why not carry a lappy? You can do more than just reply to support tickets...  You get what I mean, right?

I have the HTC Mogul and I love it, but I'd be looking at something better a little bit faster. Kayako Mobile isn't that great, however it gets the job done. I was hoping something that would alert me on new tickets using Kayako Mobile on Mogul, but there are no alerts and you have to manually check for new tickets.

Doesn't it support "PUSH MAILS" where you can link your ticket mail box and get a Alert when a mail is recd.

I've used every smartphone available in the CDMA market in North America and can honestly say if you want something stable, good battery life, and the best reception go with a Blackberry.
The 8830 WE is recommended as some data centres won't let with in with a camera phone. (ie. Pearl 8130 or the Curve 8330).

The Treo is a very popular phone for sales men and other business professional. There is a lot of competition now from other phones that have QWERTY keyboards, but I think sticking with windows is a good pick for software computability.
