Hi, I've bought a license for 1 year but it is finished on 6th month.
Now it must be retrieved but not retrieving by Plesk system.

AND NOW !

Plesk wants me to pay for 225$ for phone support.
That's like a joke.
I'm home user and I've a server in my house.
I think this is full of scam.
What should I do ?

I'm pretty sure that the company that owns Plesk, isn't a "scam". Have you tried dropping them an email to rectify the situation?

In regards to the phone support, they are will within their rights to charge that much.

Plesk has been pretty accommodating when it comes to fixing license issues for us in the past. I would second what vivei said and email them or perhaps ring sales and see if they can help.

Parallels is the company behind Plesk. They own half of the worlds best software/script made for web hosts. And your considering them as scammers? Oh my!

Just drop them an email, I think thats all that is need to fix it.
