    * Outsourcing Support!

    I can't stand answering tons of emails at night anymore so I finally consented with my partner to open a small tech support team in asia(philippines), but I don't think it such a great idea that I use it for my company alone.
    Do you guys think its still viable for me to offer such services to other hosting companies?

    Of course. Lots of resellers that have the funding but not the knowledge love companies like that. Look at how popular bobcares.com is

    Sure your service will give you profits. A good and quick response from host is appreciated and word of mouth advertisement always gives you better business.

    I like doing my own tech support. It helps me determine what my customers need and want so I can then modify my business model.

    Also, I don't feel safe outsourcing my customers' information.
