It is a terrorism-antiterrorism modificaiton to the game HalfLife. It is a lot of fun.

One of the more popular multiplayer first-person shooter games on the market now. It was just a modification of Half-Life, but now you can buy it as a full game at your local PC shop. But I would get Half-Life, then download Counter-Strike for free so you have options to download more mods of HL.

yeah. And this wee game often transforms little children into blood-thirsty 5th graders who feel the need to shoot a gun. And after September 11th, it seems as though more people are playing it.

Or in some cases, full-grown adult nerds still living in their parents' basement while chronically unemployed into blood-thirsty 5th graders who feel the need to shoot a gun.

ned a game that blows counter strike out of the water is urban terror its a quake3 mod that totally makes it look nothing like quake3

its basically counter strike without missions and without crappy graphics and without slow so its a fast paced shooter like cs
