Netriver Review - First Time in WHT
I was struggling looking for a good datacenter who can provide me good bandwith arround Australia - Asia, Then i asked in Colo Forum..
Hung , from 3inetwork told me, Netriver has a good package colocation, so he sent me Netriver Sales email address via PM.
I sent an email to Adam Viera from Netriver describing what i needed. Surprisingly, he gave me such a good price for 2000 G Premium bandwith, Cpanel + Fantastico Installed (195 dollars).
Then i was about to buy hardware from Apaqdigital.com, Chong, thesalesman sent me an invoice and unfortunately he couldn't process the CC unless i sent him the scan of my cc both sides, passport and driving license (I'm from Australia), which i did, and after that he sent me another email saying that he cant process 3rd party credit card, and he didn't believe me i own the credit card. I was thinkin how the **** does he know, and why he bothered to ask me to send my cc details and everything. even though i sent everything he asked. Bugg** !!!!
I was desperate, then i emailed Adam from Netriver, and asked him where he usually get the server from, and i explained to him Chong blowed me off and it means my Site will be down in about 3 days. He replied back to me ask me what i needed and he can buy for me through SiliconMechanics. I was so happy.
Last Saturday the server arrived, Adam from Netriver emailed me saying that my server was already there and the Tech Support wiring it for me, Jed From Netriver helped me to install Cpanel and Fantastico Until 11 o'clock at night, and before he left; he said "Email me if you have any Issue" OMG... im very happy with the support....
and Now my site running perfect and smoothly
i give them 9/10
it will be 10/10 if they can provide live chat support !!!!!
Go Netriver !!!!!!
thanks to Adam Viera from sales department, Anggie from Accounting, and Jed who accompanied me all the time.. you guys are the best !!!!

Nice to see your server is ready
About Apaqdigital, Chong was not that bad. The first time, I could not get order from him either, but keep contact, and since I can use Paypal, most of my stuff are from him. A good source for hardware, believe me again

out of the blue, he sent us the credit card info and ID belong to a female 3rd party entity who we had no idea about whatsoever! he later claimed the person is his wife, but how could we know that in the first place, nor can we verify it. we've got burned a few times before by this type of international credit card transactions, particularly when 3rd party was involved!
we had considered to take his international paypal payment, but it turned out his account was not "verified" by paypal at the time either.
Netriver could did this favor for him because they are holding the equipment at their facility. however, once it had been out of our door, it would be just about impossible for us to get the equipment back if a credit card fraud was committed. as a credit card merchant since 1992, we just excised our rightful precaution in this incident, nothing more, and nothing less! bear in mind that most US vendors/merchants just won't take foreign credit cards, period!

I can't say I blame you, I would have done the same thing for an out of country 3-rd party card...
CC companies ask the merchants to bear the cost of fraud, this is the result.
