    We got a notification right away when it was setup.

    Have you checked the "My Emails" in the billing section?

    I have one of these servers and they are great.

    Theres one problem though, i have emailed and also posted a ticket regarding upgrades that i want for my server, but have had no reply in hours.

    This is pretty scary becuase you have not replied to my ticket or email within hours, what if there was ever to be a problem with the server or it went down? i would also get this sort of support response?

    Please respond to my ticket.
