    Just like to say that I currently have a server with Just Edge, and I must say, I'm very happy with how professional things are going, not to mention they're 1000x times better than my last server provider.

    kinda funny sent 5 emails no response had a bad month and there expecting me to pay for a server that was crap i tried to work with these people but they keep pushing me away i can't wait no longer! the darn server never stayed up more this couple of hours i would expect more service for 100.00 but again u pay for what u get i guess!

    As you're aware your server was compromised and multiple rootkits installed. We've cleaned it up and asked to change all passwords, however it doesn't look like it helped. We've asked if we can reinstall it in the same ticket and have not heard from you yet about this. Please review our questions to the open ticket about rootkits (not your reboot requests) and let us know if you agree.

    Sir i look under logs under my billing system i haven;t received nothing at all! so i do not no i just called in and spokje to your tech guy i will pm u for more info regarding this issue

    You have a billing request opened about SLA and as we wrote in our last reply, it will take at least couple of days to make sure server stays online at which point we'll process SLA. There is no need to go to every post our company makes and keep reminding

    We've worked with you for 3 days and run numerous tests all showing that hardware was running properly. We've suggested numerous times that it must be a software issue and apparently ever since you requested a full OS reinstall the server is now stable. We've even given you free upgrades in form of additional disk drive and upgraded CPU etc.

    Here's a timeline to refresh your memory:

    Server Activated - 05/01/2008
    First reported outage - 05/17/2008
    Full server reinstall (including new HDD) - 05/20/2008

    Between 5/17 and 5/20 we've spent a lot of hours testing and checking everything for you and every time the server would go down because of high cpu load. Now ever since it was reinstalled it's been online without any problems.

    Ever since problems started you do not seem to wish to follow our simple guidelines about reports and responses that we've outlined multiple times.

    We promised to go through your account at least couple of days after the server has been online to ensure that it's solved once and for all. It's been few days and a response has been prepared for you however you seem to wish to attempt to get full months credit in exchange for a "good review" here. Unfortunatelly this will not work, we will post appropriate SLA credits as per our policies however we will not pay you for a good review in form of a free month etc.

    I started this call at 10:00am EST it is now 12:15pm and no one has picked up the phone yet.
    Is this your standard operating practice?
    What would i do if my server was down?
    This is crazy.

    I emailed him around 5pm and it now after 10PM. Still no answer.
    I'm not having a good feeling about all of this.
    I hope this server is worth all of this waiting for a response.

    I am having the same problem, ordered server and have problems with the authentication, but no one seems to reply to my support ticket! Now I just want to get refunded as I have no server and need to move on!

    i think there having problems with this 1 admin on the weekends i had the same issue before call today sir they will answer sinse the owner is usually there

    my server is fast and the service is ok but the datacenter is very very fast my server went down they had it back up within 1 hour so timely fashion there really good

    In fact there was a problem with one of our techs over the weekend. We're working on correcting this asap.

    I would hope so with having 3 datacenters listed on your emails and website. There would be someone to answer the phones over there.

    One tech being sick shouldnt make that much of a difference in getting servers ready. Unless (if) its all you have available to do setups.

    So the 50% credit will still apply in this instance because im past 24 hours on my own order as well.

    Just an update.
    I have been contacted by Gregg. He apologized for the delay in getting my server created and he also stated that he will keep his promise that they will honor their 50% discount for servers not created within 24 hours. He also informed me that my server will be ready within 3 hours. i will keep you posted..

    As per our discussion on the phone, we'd like to apologize again. Emergency support support service were not effected for active clients and if your server was active, support would be provided as expected. Only billing questions and activation were delayed.

    I hope the new server works as expected now that it's online.

    I recieved my server around 11:15pm yesterday. Our techs have completed the migration and so far there has not been any problems.

    But your phonecenter needs more operators because I did call last night around 9PM and still could not get through.

    I hope now that I am a customer that this area would be improved soon.
