I honestly don't think you will find another provider of Internap for the price that was offered by eservers, so if you looking for 400 GB of internap, you better have a lot of dough to shell out. I would suggest you contact FluidHosting.com as they are in Internap, and I have had the chance to talk to the people @ FH quite a few times, and they are all great people. Im sure they can make you a great deal, but nothing that is as close to what eservers offered.
Edit: I don't know how I missed the part of your post that said you had already contacted fluid, but I did, so excuse me
Must be brain dead after reading that TimPD / earhost thread!
The main digitalprinceton website is hosted on a server in a different datacenter.
traceroute www.netwerkin.com or xavier.digitalprinceton.net Both of these are at exodus in jersey city, where their dedicated servers are located.
OK, that makes sense.
For what it's worth, a lot of Exodus' peering was discontinued after the C&W acquisition. Now they primarily are using C&W's backbone, as I understand it. For example, if I trace to netwerkin.com via Sprint, it's handed off to C&W at Equinix in Virginia, and goes from there to the Exodus datacenter.
Although C&W generally has good peering, so it's not a huge difference in most cases.
