From what I understand you want to test the speed of an old server to a new one so you wish to test the speed of the whole server not just aspects here and there?

How about apache bench, siege, or some similar tool? If you can run the test from a server, these are installed or easy to install.

Sorry for my poor english. I would like to test webpage speed download from various locations.
Compare my old hosting and new hosting.
Such as:
http://64.123.214.1/index.html
http://215.123.45.2/index.html
I found one. It can test .zip too.

Hmm... I think that favor ask on any forum will give you the same and might be better results to consider. I believe you will need to have such test at once, not everyday?
