Their support recently has been very slow
My first few tickets acknowledgements were all received within a few minutes, however the latest ones have been well into a few hours
However, the response has been within 24 hours
Ironically, I have an account with Crucial Names, and no longer order through that interface, instead using the enom interface directlyM8 INTERNET : Simple and cost effective website hosting from the UK

Updating, they emailed my password, but the enom account is empty and the three domains look as the email of Crucialnames, not mines. I ask them for push and when they stay in my account i want to push to one enom i have in other place and plan transfer asap out of enom.

Why do you want to push out of enom into name cheap[enom reseller], will you not risk ending up where you started.
If eNom have 'rescued you' maybe you should show some loyalty/thanks to them._____________________________________________________________

For a Long reason, i like to have at least 2 domains in each medium registrar. My goal was recovering these domains and put in enom, but need privacy for these two, and namecheap is cheaper than enom.
By the way, i Hate ENOM and Godaddy (in godaddy i normally have 0 domains breaking my own rule), but for WHOIS purposes, any enom reseller is equal. ( I have two an account in namepros and other in mrzippy )Each registrar is a tool. Not all Tools are for the same thing
