    DNS setup with 2 different IPs :))

    i have two different ip addresses from two hosting providers free and bind in running both of them. will i be able to setup ns1 and ns2 with those IPs for my new domain.

    will it work?

    I would just setup ns1 on one server and ns2 on the other. Make your primary server the master and the other the slave (so if you change any records you won't have to redo both). If you are providing mail service, you can also have the secondary server do backup mail service (ie 10 mx mainmail.com 20 mx backupmail.com). That gives you pretty good redundancy.

    Fbroce, do slaves need zone files? what should i put in named.conf on the slave server? can you help?
