I just installed a second hard drive on this computer so Windows is shiny fresh at the moment... should end up cluttered again before long.
Planning my Linux install for the second (old) drive - currently D:\
I was reading a review of Gnome2 last night actually. Seems they have a bit to go till it's as good as KDE though.

I haven't changed my wallpaper in a year or better.
I hate change.
I love my TrueLaunch bar though. Which is what I left expanded.
All those icons expand like that. I never go to Start>Programs>SomthingElseThere is no best host. There is only the host that's best for you.

Quite boring but it does the job
I always use Winkey+R - I never use start or desktop icons (programs install them... i can't be bothered removing them).

akashik
I was trying MDK beta 9.0.
So not to be bias I tried Gnome 2.0 FIRST. I thought it was amazing but then when I tried KDE 3.x I was disappointed. KDE is so much easier to use/configure. Everything is much easer to find. It is light years ahead of gonemodiphy.com :: Phenomenal Web Design
