What these line means?
It means the system's 'nobody' user sent an email which included 172 lines. It was probably sent out via a php script.
does it mean that the email has been recieve by the recepient or it bounce back? Thanks. I have read this in the queue

/usr/sbin/exim -Mvl (messageid)
The message id should look something like, 19EdUm-00016A-IA . They vary everywhere.
