Do the mail server of the host name and [email protected] different? Does we use the email add of [email protected], but it's the ip add of our host name that we are sending? Is this mailnull the mail server of [email protected] or the server of the recepient? Thanks in advance, sorry for these newbie questions, i am just new in these things.

Check the IP included in the error message and your mail server hostname using DNS lookup.

I think that it is question for your web hosting company support. I think that they need to have a look on it. To explain of fix. That might be for several reasons as temporary as constant ones. - a true hosting company offering online presence solutions since 1998.

It seems the error is due to a missing rDNS entry for your email server IP address. Please check this with the WebHost and see if it has an rDNS.

thanks for the help guys, i have tried that reverse dns, i think our company has a reverse dns, i check the spelling it's correct, i can't also understand the lines below, the reciever is a yahoo email account, with that sender_set_untrusted does it means the server of the recepient rejected the email? Is the server who reject it comes from yahoo? or it's the recepient's server? Does it mean that the email is rejected because of content?Or our i.p add is blacklisted in that server? A user can create a yahoo email account, but can use his/her mail server right? Again sorry for so many questions, i am just really a newbe with these emails, and server stuff, again thanks in advance

You have rDNS setup as that servers hostname? I think rDNS is going to be the issue here...
