Need help with dedicate server
we have a dedicate server from leaseweb and we want to install some progamms but it dont have remote desktop, can some 1 help us tell any thing about it pls

Do you have SSH access? That is as good or some would say better than having remote dektop.

You will need to use a technology named Secure Shell aka SSH. A very nice program for this is Putty in my opinion. There are a lot of guides on the web for it.

run,
yum search "package_name"
see if the package is listed, if it is
yum search "exact_package_name"
maybe you should speak to a leaseweb representative and see if they can manage your server.

Thats a bit custom, depending on which java you want. Did you have this application already running on another server?

no this our first that we buy this server (maybe the last time  ) but we want to add a database from a game in to it

Ahh for something of that scope it is best to get a contractor to come and help you install that.
