Not sure if there is such a beast but anyone know of any script that monitors a cpanel accounts basic stats (bandwidth, cpu, HD, etc...)?

you view your users stat in List Account on your whmcs and see CPU/Mysql usage and Bandwidth in WHM

You can try taking a look at cPanel's API; it wouldn't be too hard to put together (or hire someone to put together) a small script that could monitor those services.
