    Job Openings (Speedgator)

    Speedgator currently has Job openings for the following positions:

    Level 1 Support Staff: You will assist in live support, phone support, and support tickets. As well as on the forums.

    -Must be able to work weekdays/weekends
    -Must commit at least 3 hours a day.
    -Must have patience
    -Must speak fluent English(Other langues are allowed as well but you must speak english)
    -Must have knowledge of Cpanel, WHM, Shoutcast, Ventrillo etc.


    Level 1 Sales Staff: You will assist in the "sales" section of live support as well as with any support tickets directed towards "Sales". You will also monitor our Vbulletin forums(coming soon)

    -Must be avliable weekends/weekdays and late nights.


    Level 1 Billing Administrators: You will be given full administration to our billing system and will process client's orders as well as review orders for fraud. You will also generate invoices for customers and inform management of any overdue, unpaid etc. invoices.

    -Must be able to work weekdays/late nights
    -Must be reliable

    Unfortunately, I am a highschool student so my budget is tight. But I can offer free products/services? I plan on one day paying staff when my budget grows but for now that is the best I can do. But even the day when I do pay staff will still get free products.

    Actually, i've just checked the website, and it's not even complete. I suggest before you start hiring and posting for staff, you sort the website out.
