I am currently living in Glasgow, Scotland working for one of the largest ISPs in Britain as a 1st Line Technical Support Analyst. My track record is excellent in this position, as I am very knowledgable in the field and I thrive on solving problems.
My knowledge of Internet, LAN, WAN, Microsoft trouble shooting is extensive. I have experience with ADSL2+ (LLU) as well as IPStream.
I also previously has a small hosting company with mostly FreeBSD-based servers, but I am also very competent in Linux/UNIX. Networking, programming and administration is also skills I posses.
I am currently looking for a change of employeer due to unsocialble working hours.
