It appears GeekRack is down.
They have been down for over 15 hours, their site is down, all servers are down, and calling the Data Center results in them saying that they did not pay their bills!!!!
What can i do??? My customers are livid!
hmm...how would it appear that they haven't paid their bills? because someone allegedly says the dc told them...that's not improbable but if true then it's crap that a dc should just blurt it out in such a manner that usually results in panic threads like this.

This has now caused me more than 475 dollars (us) in Buisness expenses, I am seriously thinking of sueing.
No offense but much like any of the 'resellers' that have vanished in the past (AngelNetworkz, Vaguhost, etc, etc) there simply isn't any entity to sue as it's some kid somewhere scamming people. There is no business.
As harsh as it is, take it as a lesson learned and move on

I have opened a PayPal dispute, filed a complaint with the BBB, talked to the Data center.... Looked up her home phone number (she provides the wrong WHOIS street address by the way)
I am getting my money back!
who gives a crap what you think i can type how i like when i like. There is nothing i can do for anyone who has hosting at geekrack. as i have no control over any of it
I would seriously reconsider that attitude when your supposed to be representing the company you work for.
However, judging from what I see here and the fact that the GeekRack website is down, the phone number doesn't work and the owner hasn't provided an explanation to her customers, I'd start looking for another job if I were you.
my only problem is, i have had to refund all my customers, my paypal is now at zero, and I dont have money to buy another server, since i gave GR money for six months. this would be the second month.

Yes, shequeita has not been on MSN for about a week, a few days before GR went out of business my Cpanel license that I bought from them expired, also contacting her personal email, results in nothing.
what happened? i want my money back!
