Check out offers section or use search-function with keyword "hypervm AND openvz".

Why HyperVM? There are custom solutions out there that provide better control of OpenVZ/Xen for their customers.

We made our own control panel since we weren't impressed by HyperVM.

They are not available, they are *custom*, created by the provider to control their servers for their customers.

HyperVM is a shortcut so that the provider doesn't need to develop their own systems. HyperVM is a hosting company in a box, ready to go.

Is there a specific location you might need this VPS?

    West Coast, East Coast, Central?

Hmm. Well I'm placed in the little Kingdom of Denmark. Finding a nice VPS provider here, is equal payning about $200-$300 a month, just for a reliable unmanaged service

To me I think the east coast should be fine, places like New York, Pensylvania, Toronto and so on.

Although not in Denmark, you may want to look at EuroVPS for a European VPS (based in Amsterdam). This should work out quite well for you performance wise and seems to be within your budget (or close). If you're interested in something UK based, there's FutureHosting and Clustered.net.

Most, if not all VPS providers use a control panel

We use hypervm, and it does the job just fine. We're working on our custom one tho, should be out in a few weeks

With your budget, you could easily get a 256MB ram VPS for around $20 - $25 bucks, then get your own CPanel or DA. imo.
