I need to control the access of media files from our media servers.In the case of Unix /Apache systems, all I need to do is invoke a .htaccess. There appears to be no equivalent in NT/IIS.I am looking for the server environment variable ENV{'HTTP_REFERER'} to allow\disallow a user's access to my media files.I have tried everywhere to no avail.

Any ideas?
