I'm looking for a good VPS in Canada where I live. Where can I find a list?

What is MIE ? If you mean IE, I just tested in IE 6 and 7 and works fine. Its also been tested in Safari and Firefox.

The site is simple HTML, scrolling should not be a problem in any browser.

Just a guess but MIE = Microsoft Internet Explorer?

That's the first time I've seen that acronym, it's usually referred to as IE or [expletives] which I cannot repeat here
