cPanel, Addon Domains + Parked Domains
Hello,
I am having trouble with Addon Domains and Parked Domains with cPanel/WHM.
Clients add their parked or addon domain and the domain is still unreachable. Its like its not adding any records of the addon/parked domain.
Anyone able to help me with this problem?
Thanks.

Did they remember to point the addon or parked domains to your nameservers in their registrar account?

He must change the name servers of his domains before park them. If the issue does not resolve when try Edit DNS Zone function on your WHM.

The nameservers are changed. And once they were changed he parked the domain. There are no DNS records for it and when he adds the Addon or parked domain we get named errors:
zone domain.co.uk/IN: loading master file /var/named/domain.co.uk.db: file not found
and named refuses to start.
So I then have to delete the addon or parked domain before I can get named up and running again.

To fix this I had to use WHM, remove the DNS Zone created by cPanel. Create a new DNS zone assosiated to their account and it worked fine.
Thanks for the help though
