    hi ..

    i take a vps from this server in 15-3-08 and paid 60$ for 2 months .

    after that some one hacked my server in some way he reload my Os .

    so he didnt steal my passwd ! but he reload my OS and then login to my server

    after that i tried to call shivam " the guy who own this company" for 2 weeks .

    he was my friend but i dont know why he ignoreing me ! and didnt care about my server if it up / down !

    after that i talked to him and telling him about the hack in my server ...

    and he telling me you play on me bla bla bla ...

    and then he reset my passwd and i didnt beleave if he did !

    becouse the passwd he didnt work ! and i send alot of emails to let him reset it again

    becouse i the Cpanel reset panel doesnt work !

    so he tell now ignoreing me ! and its been now 1-5-08 and didnt use my server ...

    so he posting now offers in WHT and he ignore my MSN and lie on me ..

    and his MSN email is [email protected] , and i contact with [email protected] and support@rdosti.com , sales , calling his number , etc

    none respond on me thats mean hes the only guy in that website and he ignoreing me ...


    so please tell me what i do now ?

    and i wish none contract with him becouse he is a lier ..

    Further, the issue here was the customer brought a hacker (friend) along who kept hacking his site and then he blamed the hosting company. He did this in the past with his previous host and also blamed the other company (for support system vulnerab) and the same issue here. Later we found there were no tickets to our staff regarding him or anyone else (password recovery), so he blamed HIVELOCITY (saying theyre support team offered the password) which again was not true. Further he said his "friend" had been hacking his server on his previous host and then giving him messages on how he did it (which were false since HIVELOCITY never provided any passwords for the vps , etc).

    We then did a log search and found that someone attempted to use password keygen softwares (SSH keygen bruteforce) - which we have logs. Customer was emailed the same. Customer blamed the company as he did with the old one.

    Hacking and allowing hacking (whether its direct or indirectly in contact) is againt our terms. Bringing along a "friend" who can hack and blaming the company with false information is also against our terms (flaming/etc). As a result the account was suspended and removed.

    The client can pay a 200$ fee for bringing along his "hacker" friend (he mentioned in his chat many times with the word "friend" and "hacker" and "Support" center (clientexec and later HL) as the reason for the password collapse,etc. HOWEVER, since we are really ticked off with customers who are in close touch with hackers/crackers who try to bring down sites and then blame the hosting company (he mentioned the same reason and issue with the old hosts) - which brings me to believe even the old hosts were actually fine and the customer and his "friend" brought this to harass/annoy hosting companies. We ARE NOT going to charge 200$ reactivation fee, because we are against the client's way of getting attention.

    FURTHER, WE HAVE NEVER EVER SHUT OFF A CLIENT in the past or present or future UNLESS

    1)They broke our terms

    Simple as that - you can go around searching and you'll see when we had bad times we offered DOUBLE compensation, etc...and we're ethically and morally bound.

    However when a client tries to take advantage (as he did) in the past - we react ...which for some is a "scam" but for those in OUR SHOES ... they realise what the customer did was totally wrong and unethical.

    I did receive emails threats he would post on the forum and later a PM today about this link (which I was not going to reply to) but then decided since he was so "obsessed" in me PUBLICALLY answering..I said -"I really don't want to disclose his issues publically .. but since he's pushing it ...alright."



    This is against both our terms and our datacenter (hacking/cracking).

    We are strict about such stuff. We wont waste our time here (on this thread) posting why we think we were right with our action - though we are certain our reaction to this and our decision is standing tall and correct.

    From his chats and emails - he kept blaming the DC (Support System) and earlier our system (clientexec). When we told him and proved that there was no attempt on our billing system he blamed the Datacenter (HL) support - which again was wrong.

    As the client mentions beware of us...if you go with our track record you can see we do a great job and our clients are happy because we keep the "wrong doers" away. I wont stoop to his level of asking you to beware of me (or him)...but you can decide (hosts).

    Anyhow, our decision is final and we stick to it.

    I think the mods here should double check the OP , to make sure in fact he did have a valid account if not the title should be changed. No reason to have inaacurate negative reviews.

    i contract with you from this forums [ WHM ] and there is no reason to blam you and let anyone to hack my server ??

    how could i let anybody to hack my server !!

    whatever you said about hijacking on your support ...

    i dont need to explane that becouse the hacker i dont know him ...

    and i didnt cheat on supporting [ companies ] ... i can show you all my history

    company and let them post here how my servers running on them companies .

    but when you see thats somebody in some way he hacked my server .. through your support ! you need to blame me and put all the responsible on me to let your company in SAFE ...

    and here the only way that let u to contact with me while you ignoreing me and my emails to you ..

    whatever happen ? should i blame you now ? the hackers he did what he want ..

    and i dont need to know him or to know the way he logged in my server

    whatever i was disable the root login ... and add 1 user in my WHEEL group

    so nobody can logged in my server without reloading my server ... or hack my PC ..

    after this problem i saw your terms published ! to excuse your self from my problem and others problems [ as some guy he post here that his friend had same thing with your company ]

    i didnt care about this ! i care to show WHM that this guy he's lieing on his customers/Friends and his company growing up [if it] with our money not his money ! .

    i pay for him 60$ and i didnt get anything for them ...

    Our terms were there at the time he ordered. We recently lost our data (of the vps that had the main site). Further our terms are based on legalities of India and USA. If you signed up during the Rdosti time you would have seen our threads that mention whats legal and not . So for that matter that you signed up through WHT - the terms were mentioned in present and past offers. Theres a FAQ and Information section added into our threads/offers. Read it. Further law in India is pretty clear about hacking (similarly in the USA where the servers are located). Why was your vps hacked and not anyone elses...or a site...because you were targetted and brought him/her along (with the exact same blaming criteria - buggy support system , password was given out by someone from our end/ provider end)...none of which was true...we later backed that by providing you screenshots/emails with details - similarly on messenger.

    Further its an expected and very obvious term (Hacking/Cracking)- nothing new in that.

    Your chat logs (if not altered) would mention you talking about your friend the hacker and how he kept explaining how he used the "SUpport" center that you later said was not our billing system (After I proved it was fine) and said the datacenter (Providers).

    Overall this is pretty silly and I wont really reply here regarding this matter since if you go ahead and do your online research on Indian law - its pretty simple - hacking / cracking or being in contact with a hacker (you are an accomplish) since you had the same issue with the same hacker on your old host and blamed him/them for the same thing.

    If WHT members want to take your side -= thats their opinion.
    If users want to beware of YOU or ME...thats they're choice.
    IF users dont want to signup because of lack of information - theyre choice...but from the overall census...things look good.

    As far as rDosti is concerned we stick to our decision.

    how can i know if crackers trying out to use my vps and hack it ?

    are you serouse ... you just blame me on the hacker ..

    every member in WHM got hacked mybe ! even webhostingtalk some crackers looking to hack it ?? WHM data center well telling them like you ... WAKE UP DUDE

    you cheap on customer and take them money and then blameing them !!

    cheap webhosting you had ... and be sure .. none of WHM member care about yout webhosting ...

    becouse they well beleave me ! i dont know you .. why i wrote on you

    simply becouse you take my money in legal way "not thief so"

    and then blame me ..
