Login to Jaguarpc.com client portal and see if you currently have a ticket submitted for the cancellation request. The cancellation form should automatically submit a ticket for you.

The ticket is there (LOW priority), but 72 hours and detailed private info (including credir card digits), many tickets, email, credit cards confirmations and doubtful procedures to simply cancel account and to stop charging my credit card - it's too much!

Have a check with the sales personnel directly. Mostly the delay is causing due to the escalation procedure. Collect a phone number and call directly.

Seems to be alot of issues using Jag PC and wanting to leave. This seems to be a long drawn out process just to leave.

Just file a chargeback with the bank if it does not get taken care of. If you have the ticket and bank information then you have recourse if it does not get cancelled and they still charge you for it.

As long as you follow there rules if they are slow your bank will refund the money.

A charge-back for what? He wants to cancel, and from the thread it doesn't appear he's been charged for anything he hasn't used.

Besides, chargebacks are the last resort.

ya I guess that comment was not detailed enough. What I meant was if they do not process his cancellation and charge him anyways then he has grounds for a chargeback if needed.

Yes I agree a chargeback should be the last resort.

I do not believe this is a jaguarPC support forum, is it? Go to JaguarPC's website to submit your request.

Apparently, WHT has turned into the unofficial support forum for every single ISP/Web Host to date.

This guy, has basically submitted a cancelation request on WHT for JaguarPC, and than got his request answered by JaguarPC.

Seems like everyone takes the lazy route now days and just makes every problem public without trying to contact the host to come up with a resolution.
