We have experienced a fiber break between BlueSquare 1 and BlueSquare 2. Primary backhaul and transit connections in BlueSquare 2 should continue to work as expected. However Secondary feeds that are 'backhauled' to BlueSquare 1 will be seeing an outage. Engineers are working on this, updates will follow.
As a customer, can I just say a thank you for keeping us informed, both via the status page and here.
My only gripe (and it's a really minor one) is that the RSS feed doesn't seem to get updated reliably when you update the status page. This means that I've got to click another link to find out about the problem
Here's hoping you don't lose too many customers as a result of things you can't control (and I'm certainly staying put).
