I could use some help..If you have two website listed on google, one has PR 3 and one PR 4.. wouldnt the RP 4 be list above 3 ?

Clearly not! There are many other factors/parameters that google consider while ranking a page. PR is not the only factor

Right blackcaps, Google toolbar PR is NOT a factor when ranking websites.

I can say more - PR is almost worthless nowdays ... it's just a number which can say You how good Your domain is linked but does'nt affect directly to Your search position

You have right there are many factors youcan pay attention before reach to pr

Having a higher or lower PR is not anymore important about the rankings. The website having PR5 today, might be PR3 in the coming PR update.
