DESIGN ONE
I really have no idea where my inspiration for this design came from - I opened photoshop and started playing around and very quickly came up with this idea. This is the first "tabbed" design I've ever made, and I think it turned out quite nicely considering I usually very much dislike "tabbed" things.

100% Table-less HTML & a CSS Stylesheet - Websites are always based in HTML, there's no such thing as coding a design in PHP etc... It just isn't possible, as most other programming languages are dynamic - JS makes cool affects, PHP usually does stuff with MySQL Databases, and so on and so forth.

All that does is include html from other pages - designs are html, period the end - php and other scripts are dynamic, such as includes - grabbing the content of another page and displaying it, or checking a password, etc. I hear what you're saying - you want the header and footer to be in an included file so you can create multiple pages easily, right? I suppose I can do that for you if you like...
