We are using whmcs and CDGCommerce/Quantum Gateway and haven't had any problems what-so-ever. However, for one client we get the following scenario:
Client signed up for a dedicated server, WHMCS collected the credit card details, gateway processed correctly. The card details are stored securely in WHMCS for the next recurring payment to process automatically, however when the next month rolls around, the gateway receives the information, processes, and then WHMCS reports back "Payment Failed."
Any ideas? This happen for anyone else? All of our other clients are processing payments without error.
WHMCS should record in the transaction log the failure code or reason why the recurring transaction was declined.
I agree with the other posters that you will need to contact WHMCS for support on this issue.
