    cPanel Licence Deactivation

As of yesterday cPanel has deactivated the licence with a server for one of the companies I do the management for, We have raised tickets but all have been left unanswered.

The person who has deactivated the licence according to verify.cpanel.net has also been assigned to a raised ticket there by me, however they have left the ticket without any answer.

Two days passed and people are unable to login to their cPanels.

Other support personnel who are not familiar with shell have to use WHM and that is not now working obviously.

If its cPanel directly, try calling them and getting to a manager, or talking directly with the guy who deactived it.

It's not direct I'm afraid, however I've contacted the upstream too. I have their word that they have been waiting for an answer till now as well.
