Why are you worried about using multiple class C's? Are you going to spam?

Virtual or shared hosting is very normal. You dont have to worry about the search engines
If you want a website to have its own IP having multiples IP from the same class C is fine. Once again no big deal to the search engines.
I dont think your spammer, but I dont know why someone would need a hoster that they can host websites on varying class C unless they were a spammer.
Please shed some light on us as to why you want to do this?

I guess he wants to create his own network of sites and link them to get link popularity. Then he will promote his main site using this network.

@fastnext
yes, thats the idea.
from a hosting point of view, this can easily be accomplished by getting a number of small accounts with different hosts, which, however, increases time spent for handling/communication in turn. obviously, it would be convenient to be able to maintain several, or all, accounts under the same host.
@incredible-help
i'm looking for this upon the request of a (savvy) client. he runs a small hotel booking agency, where each hotel has its own site, promoted by him, summing up to about 10 or so. He would like to spread these sites over severals Class C IPs, as they interlink, and also interlink with the angency itself. I do not think of him as a spammer, and if i would, i'd ignore his request.
Frankly, I can't imagine that such context hasn't been pointed out to you before, or came up through the request of a client. And since you are not -or do not seem to be- a host who can't supply several Class C IPs, I fail to see your point.
Anyways, my original question was whether there is a section in WHT decidated to his kind of thing.
Im guessing that not, right ?
best regards

Yep, there is no special section for SEO hosting here at WHT.
And I have some doubt in the existence of separate forum dedicated to this.

Sounds like you want to spam Google then with link schemes:

Don't participate in link schemes designed to increase your site's ranking or PageRank. In particular, avoid links to web spammers or "bad neighborhoods" on the web, as your own ranking may be affected adversely by those links.

* Links to web spammers or bad neighborhoods on the web
* Excessive reciprocal links or excessive link exchanging ("Link to me and I'll link to you.")
* Buying or selling links that pass PageRank
|
Why any one would do this to their clients website is beyond me.

Amazing some of the responses your getting here. In fact one of the largest shared hosts out there (hostgator) have launched their own seo hosting service http://www.seohosting.com/ .

lol ...
what exactly is the your problem, ic ?
a link scheme is not defined by a person maintaining 10 vaguely related sites on 10 different hosts...
or is it ?
whats wrong then with wanting to have them on the same host, if the service is available ?
and would that hostgator service mentioned by website themes be exclusively created for and directed at spammers, according to you ?

Incrediblehelp you are welcome to your own definition of spamming but the program outlined by the OP does not in fact fall inside of Google's spam guidelines - note that it says excessive interlinking not no interlinking.
IMO there is nothing at all wrong with this and its a common practice - if the OP wants to use different class Cs to insure that it is clearer that this is not a linking scheme why not do so?

Sounds like an opportunity for a host to get into a specific niche
