Smile Recommend a 'hosting operations' system?

Can anyone recommend a system for managing hosting operations? Not a control panel, but something to track customers, emergency contacts, billing, servers, services, etc.?

It's hard to find such systems by searching because of all the SEO stuff.

    Best,
    M

There are a lot of billing softwares. For examples: WHMCS, Clientexec, Modernbill, WHMAutoPilot, AWBS... etc.

I don't think he is looking for a plain billing system. What he wants is a complete hosted services operations manager such as PEM from Parallels.com (PEM costs an arm and a leg, anyway). If you afford PEM that's great otherwise you have just one option, that is eJadSPM System from www.machsol.com. From what I read eJadSPM will do the job for you.

Cool, thanks for the replies folks!

BitByteHost: Yes, exactly. The challenge I'm trying to address is managing which groups of dedicated hosts are for which clients. A database for tracking operational issues.
