    Bqbackup account down

    My bqbackup account is completely down at this time. I can not access SSH, FTP nothing.

    I sent email directly to Scott and to support too. My emails was send 2 hours ago. No reply yet.


    I am a new client of bqbackup, so I have not any experience with them. So my doubth is if this kind of problem is normal and if 2 hours without reply of support is normal too???

    Now my account is come back. Maybe a little temporaly issue that was solved now.

    It's a bit quick of you to post your small problem on this forum after such a short amount of time, i would have been a bit more patient than that.

    Glad all is up for you now, bqinternet are a solid company along with their fanatical support.

    I suggest BQ Internet/BQbackup as the best backup service

    Yes, emails are usually responded to within a few hours. When you send an email late at night outside of business hours, it may take longer. In this case, you sent an email at 11:44PM which was responded to at 1:21AM.

    No the problem was that have maintance on bqbackup server. But I am very happy with mu backup account. Account come back few minutes after open this thread and working very fine.
