Anyone stuck on the I5 (San Diego) Parking Lot yesterday?

My usual hour drive home turned into nearly 3 hours due to that accident on I5-South near Del Mar (San Diego).

    Anyone else stuck in that?

I missed the I5 (which I would have normally hit) - instead I took a cross country trip, and yesterday ended driving from El Paso New Mexico, through Oaklahoma, through Kansas, through Missouri through Iowa and ended in Omaha Nebraska for a few days.

So instead of the I5 crash, I had the Tornado Watch, the Severe Thunderstorms and the sleet/snow when I arrived in Nebraska

I feel your pain on thee I5 - but it could have been worse

You'd be surprised. I guarantee there are members who will respond to this thread to confirm they were affected by the traffic too.

Even though I live in southern California; I wasn't affected as I do not have a vehicle.
