    Thumbs up whm accounts files monitoring

    Im running a webhosting here in india i sold alot of accounts

    no u wanna monitor site files from whm so that i may know they uploaded illegal content


    can any one help me out

    you check the server logs, or you could run the command to find files

    --------------------------
    the following content is from our knolege base,
    --------------------------

    first login to your ssh. Then tpye the following command find -iname /*home* (file name or * for all).(file type or * for all) this command will find any file you specify this is usefull if you have a no mp3 policy, you type in find -iname /*home* *.mp3 and the server will give you every file that has an mp3 ending. You can also use -size to find files larger than a certain size

    That would be harder to watch, you would have to wait for the company to contact you, otherwise you would have to look for licences or nulled in the scripts,

    if you opened the database and looked at there licence then validated this with the company, but that may would be going against your privacy policy.
