We are running IIS 5.0 wiht Windows 2000 Server. For some reason our site keep giving this error in the event log.
The service could not bind instance 207. The data is the error code.

Has a event ID of 115 if that helps at all.
This line lets us know what site it is. ( The service could not bind instance 207 ) But the problem is its doing it for just about every sit eon this server. Doe snot seem to mess any hting up but i hate to see error in there.
I Looked around microsoft but could not find much on it. If any one has seen this problem and know how to fix it please let me know.
We run both IPLess sites and IP based sites ont his server. From what i can tell this error has some thing to do with SSL but not sure on how to fix it.
Any help would be great. As this is about the only error we get on this server. If we clear the event log it does nto come back till we restart so i am taking it is some thing then that is making this error.
