Hello, could anyone recommend me a company that got reseller programs for Counter-strike servers?

Most providers should have a reseller program setup. Are you looking for one in EU or USA?

I don't know very much about the EU market when it comes to hosts, but I know most providers in the states should have re-seller packages setup. Check out some of the big hosts, like NuclearFallOut, Clan Servers, and Art of War Central.

There's certainly no shortage of providers to pick from, though.

I've heard good things about Wolf Servers, but I have no experience with them and I'm not sure if they offer a reseller package.
