Any business has to follow the governmental laws of its country, state/region, etc. So, if you're looking to host something out of what is normally considered lawful, look for a country/place where it is lawful and start looking for hosts there.

Depends what the subject matter is and what country you're hosting in. Also just because you website doesn't reside on your home land doesn't mean you can't be subject to your local laws, after all you are publishing you website from your home/business location which is subject to local/state/country laws.

Google "offshore hosting" or "panama hosting" basically hosting there you will be able to that as long as you dont turn your website a hate site.

Certainly any US or European webhost should be able to host it. Most speech throughout the Western world is protected as free speech. You wouldn't really need to go off shore for that. You'd have to be violating some kind of law to be shutdown - child porn, gambling, etc. And if your site became the target of DDOS attacks that might be grounds to shut it down, but that would be the case anywhere you hosted, and the shutdown may only be temporary.

If you want merely to blog why not use blogger.com? Are these sites blocked from your country?

Normally any host should be willing to host you if you don't overdo it, if you do overdo it even despite the lack of legal actions I don't think you'd attract the right crowd (DoS attacks etc) and not many people will tolerate that. Keep those things in mind.

Ah OK, well, in that case pretty much any host will be able to help you. If you are afraid of your blog being attacked or closed by a church or government authority, host the site outside their realm of authority.

    Hello evry body ,

Many thaks for your repleys and trying to help .

i sent email to ONE DataCenter. and they said .

    == === ==== === = =

A blog containing opinions on the Egyptian government does not violate our AUP.

However, a blog making libelous comments does violate our AUP.

Be sure the content of the blog does not make accusations which are not true.

So its fixed now and i can host the site on one of my servers.

    thank you guys..

There are lots of companies with flexible terms of service.
Then again, there are lots who will simply try to TOS violate you off of their servers, so that they can keep your money!

The best thing to do is research.

Offshore hosting is what you are looking for, however finding a secure offshore host that can provide you with a service that is good enough, it sometimes hard to find.

The Netherlands might be a possibility as someone mentioned.
