How Can I contact ENOM???
I have obtained an Enom sub-reseller account and I have prepared my site using their API.
The only problem is that my credit card is being declined when I try to refill my account (add founds to it) without reason.
This is my main credit card which has never had any problem.
I don't know what can I do and how can I contact them to get a reply.
I have sent several emails (including billing info and info about declined transactions) to their sales and support email boxes but I have not received a reply.
I want to see if they can help if I send pictures of both sides of the credit card.

http://www.enom.com/aboutus.asp In my experience, Enom is fairly quick about responding, though I don't believe they generally reply to questions after hours. Might have to wait until morning to get some help.
Generally most companies are quite concerned about getting money from customers
I do suggest you to contact them personally. While ago I had a problem and kept writing them bunch of e-mails and unfortunately without any responses.
However as soon as I contacted their technical support team, my issue was resolved within minutes.

Not a toll free call.. but it works. I've talked to them before on the phone... no problems getting through to them.
