This really depends all on the script. If you can provide a bit more details, I'm sure someone can help you out.

I've put together a number of video sites, using a number of software platforms. If you still need help, please, feel free to contact me.

Do not forget to restart apache service after making modifying apache or PHP configuration to apply changes. Did you check LimitRequestBody directive? It specifies the number of bytes from 0 (meaning unlimited) to 2147483647 (2GB) that are allowed in a request body (as apache docs stays). Try to increase this one and restart apache service. If still no luck we can check it for you. Investigation will be required in this case.

the program being used is phpmotion
in the mysql database the larger videos that don't convert retain their extension ie uiCcvsHesptW1UevQHit.mov approved- converting
the smaller videos that do convert don't have their extension ie uiCcvsHesptW1UevQHit approved- yes
which is correct they should not have the extension
the uploads complete and the conversion seems to take place
but there is no resulting .flv video for the larger files

also the same files convert fine via shell

    thanks
