    * [HIRING] Level 1-3 Support

    HostNine currently has immediate openings in our Tech Support Department. Listed below are the tasks & requirements of these positions.

    Level 1-3 Technical Support Agent Tasks
    Monitoring servers, Assisting customers via Live Chat, Phone, and Help desk with things such as: Creating Email Accounts, Databases, Sub-Domains, Installing SSL's, Email troubleshooting, WHM Assistance, WHMCS installation/configuration assistance.

    Requirements
    -Advanced cPanel/WHM Knowledge
    -Advanced Linux Knowledge
    -RV Site Builder Knowledge
    -WHMCS Knowledge
    -Kayako Help desk Experience
    -Live Person Chat Experience
    -Great People Skills
    -Proper Grammar
    -Ability to multi-task
    -Must be at least 18 years of age
    -Must be located in the United States

    Hourly Salary: Negotiable

    Available Shifts

    Saturday/Sunday 9AM - 6PM EST

    We will also work out a few days during the week if needed for more hours but mainly need to hire for 9am-6pm on Saturday/Sunday at this time.
