    * 80cPanels + Audio streaming

    Hello,

    A)-I have 80 cpanel accounts at some budget reseller plan (8GB disk space/120GB bandwidth $10/month at resellerzoom) ,

    B)-I'm planning to start a live radio broadcasting (max 100 concurrent listeners 10kb bitrate)

    I need a budget plan VPS that can handle this.

    any suggestions

    I'm not sure a VPS could actually handle this - you should look for a dedicated server.

    currently a budget reseller plan is handling the 80 cpanels account perfectly, my clients web sites are consuming very little bandwidth, and the live streaming is just starting so very few listerners i will have.

    i don't think i need a dedicated

    A VPS will handle this just fine, ignore the above comment.

    What is your budget for this? I would recommend around 512MB, seeing CPanel alone will use 256MB.

    After the cpanel license and VPS cost, you will be spending ~$35+.

    You also have to factor in management. Meaning do you have experience managing a Linux server?

    Yes, management is a key for VPS too, you have to worry about managing/maintaining your software.

    CPanel allows for unlimited domains, however, there is no way to determine exactly how many you can host. There are too many variables such as the amount of hits and traffic, if it's static html, or dynamic php/mysql, etc.

    Your best bet is to start with 512MB, keep your eye on the resources and upgrade when needed. The good thing about a VPS is you can upgrade it easily.
