These guys really understand about the requirements of nowadays open source hosting, specially with the proliferation of different portals and bulletin boards systems (yes, they do support typo3 and eZpublish, which are probably the 2 most difficult CMS to install); they are knowledgeable and responsive; finally, what was most important to me, they authorize remote access to MySQL, which allows for the use of a fully-fledged win32 client like MySQL-Front instead of the less convenient phpmMyAdmin featured almost everywhere else.
