    Blueyonder/telewest has let me down.

    Please forget my original message.
The situation is that the guy that brings the modem and does the computer stuff comes after the wire guy..

Not a good way to do things in my opinion.

Welcome to the world of broadband Ned! Well, maybe give them a call and ask? I had those two lines filled in already when I got broadband for my house...

    Hold on.
I seem to have been given the same username and password for two things.
Dial up account and broadband one both use the same username and password.
