Anyone ran into issues with the recent shutdown of ordb.org?

I searched to see if there was a thread already about this but I didn't see so I posted this one up.

    Here is a reference thread.

So yea. Anyone else here affected by it?

For some, it was an old setting that they forgot to remove until tuning into issues.

    What is your SPAM filter?
If you have to operate your company behind the scenes or under a fake name, maybe it's time to leave the industry and start something fresh.

grep for relay.ordb.org and see what comes up

Here at my work we had some issues with this old setting. Had to parse thru the log and made a list of emails that were rejected so a client can resend emails. I just feel like there was a better way to do it then the way they did it. Sure they have the right to do it but..

Seems to be effective in getting people to look at their mail servers.

haha... that is a bit funny to me. Echelon makes a good point.. maybe people will actually look at their mailservers once in a while. When I saw the thread... I was a bit shocked people still had anything to do with ordb.org. Maybe those are the ones who are having their boxes hacked
